All volunteers who interact with children or young people including coaches, team managers and umpires must have a current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration. If you will be in one of these roles, you will be required to provide details of your card to the TVJCC Child Safety Officer. The standard registration is valid for 3 years and is free for volunteers.

If you want to coach a team or volunteer for a manager’s role, please let us know. Please be aware that if a team doesn’t have a volunteer to coach them, they will be withdrawn from the competition, we also appreciate parents to volunteer on game day as a scorer or umpire so games can run smoothly and on time.
